Lifting others
Our Groups
The Young Lions' Club
is a Wednesday evening Bible club for 4-12 year-old boys and girls. The purpose of the club is to build Christian character through learning and applying Bible principles and memorizing Scripture. The club is broken into several sessions that include an opening assembly, games, Bible memory, counsel time and refreshments.
GRACEteens
endeavors to strengthen the faith of teenagers through Bible teaching and Christian fellowship. Throughout the year, the teens work various fundraisers to send themselves to summer youth camp. The group meets for Sunday school each week as well as on Wednesday evenings.
Ladies & Men of Grace
Ladies & Men of Grace
Ladies of Grace: Second Tuesday of each month at 6:30PM
Men of Grace: Second Saturday of each month at 8:00PM
Older Wiser Ladies (OWLs)
consist of our senior ladies. They minister to our membership by mailing out birthday cards and notes of encouragement. They also attend a monthly outing to fellowship with one another.
Go Ministry
strives to train Christians to soul-win. Each Thursday evening at 6:30, the group meets for a time of training and encouragement before going door-to-door in teams of two in Oak Harbor and its surrounding communities. The teams all reconvene at the church following door-knocking to share results and testimonies of good visits.
Jail Ministry
Several of our members are also involved in Jail Ministry, which is held on Sunday afternoons at the Ottawa County Correctional Facility. This ministry is a great opportunity to share the Gospel with those incarcerated in our county jailhouse. The men and women in these circumstances are often broken and receptive to hearing the Gospel. Countless individuals have come to the saving knowledge of Christ through this outreach program.
